April 10, 2006 – COME TO THE MOUNTAIN OF GOD
MY CHILDREN, THIS IS THE TIME OF THE LORD’S INVITATION TO COME UP HIGHER. I INVITE YOU WHO ARE THIRSTY AND HUNGRY TO COME AND SIT AT MY FEET. SHUT OUT THE CARES OF THE WORLD, THE FRUSTRATIONS, WOUNDS, AND THE WEARINESS AND SIT IN THE LIGHT AND WARMTH OF MY LOVE FOR YOU. CLOSE YOURSELF OFF FROM THE NUMBING DISCOURAGEMENTS AND YOUR FEARS BY ENTERING INTO MY PRESENCE. SATAN WOULD DISCOURAGE YOU AND BLOCK YOUR ENTRANCE, BUT I SAY UNTO YOU THAT MY CALL TO YOU GOES FORTH FOR YOU TO COME AND SIT WITH ME AND KNOW THAT I AM YOUR GOD. Ephesians 2:6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 7 in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.
AS YOU COME INTO MY PRESENCE WITH A BROKEN SPIRIT AND A BROKEN AND CONTRITE HEART, I WILL BEGIN TO RENEW AND STRENGTHEN YOU. IT IS MY WILL MY CHILD, TO GIVE YOU BOLDNESS AND STRENGTH FOR THE SPIRITUAL BATTLES THAT ARE AHEAD. YOU LONG FOR PEACE AND A QUIET PLACE TO HIDE, BUT MY CHILD THIS IS A SEASON OF SPIRITUAL WAR AND I MUST EQUIP YOU. YOU HAVE BECOME CARELESS ABOUT YOUR TIME SPENT WITH ME. I HAVE COME TO WARN YOU THAT THIS IS A TIME OF PREPARATION FOR THE BATTLES THAT ARE COMING. THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN PREPARE IS TO STAY SO CLOSE TO ME THAT YOUR SPIRIT IS FORTIFIED CONTINUALLY BY MY PRESENCE. PRAY CONTINUALLY AND FEED ON MY WORD TO MAKE YOU STRONG IN ME. THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO LAY ASIDE YOUR “FIRST LOVE.” MAKE ME “NUMBER ONE” AND PUT IN SECOND PLACE ALL ELSE IN YOUR LIFE. PSALMS 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
WHEN YOU COME UNTO ME BRING PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING FOR YOUR MANY BLESSINGS BECAUSE I DESIRE TO INHABIT YOUR PRAISES. Psalms 100:4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. COME BEFORE ME BECAUSE YOU LONG TO BE IN MY PRESENCE. DO NOT GIVE ME A HURRIED VISIT. Psalms 84:2 My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. DEMONSTRATE YOUR LOVE FOR ME BY YOUR CONTINUAL PRESENCE. John 14:15 “If you love me, you will obey what I command.
I LONG FOR YOU TO KNOW ME AS YOUR DEAREST FRIEND. REV 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. I DESIRE THAT YOU BE FILLED WITH MY SPIRIT AND THAT YOU LIVE EXPECTANTLY FOR ME TO WORK IN YOUR LIFE AND TO LEAD YOU INTO THE WORK OF MY KINGDOM. I HAVE MUCH TO TEACH YOU. MANY OF YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW THAT YOU CAN PERSONALLY EXPERIENCE ME 24/7 IN YOUR LIFE. IF YOU HAVE INVITED ME TO DWELL IN YOUR HEART AS LORD OF YOUR LIFE, THEN WE ARE IN A FOREVER RELATIONSHIP. I CAME TO BE INVOLVED IN EVERYTHING YOU ARE AND EVERYTHING YOU DO. I CAME UNTO YOU THAT I MIGHT SHARE MY PLANS FOR YOUR LIFE AND TEACH YOU TO FINISH MY WORK ON EARTH. SON 2:10 My lover spoke and said to me, “Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, and come with me. 11 See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. 12 Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. 13 The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance. DOWN FROM MY HOLYMOUNTAIN FLOWS THE RIVER THAT BRINGS YOU LIFE. REV 22:1 Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. DO NOT SETTLE FOR RAGS WHEN YOU CAN HAVE THE FULLNESS AND RICHNESS OF MY SPIRIT AND BE CLOTHED WITH MY RIGHTEOUSNESS. MY SPIRIT FLOWS TO YOU FROM MY PRESENCE. MAT 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
IF YOU DESPERATELY SEEK ME, I WILL EQUIP YOU TO BE A PART OF MY CHOSEN ARMY. THE GIFTS OF MY SPIRIT WILL BE POURED OUT. DREAMS AND VISIONS WILL SPUR YOU TO GIVE YOUR ALL. REVELATIONS OF MY WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING WILL BE YOURS. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SAY TO ME THAT I WAS UNWILLING TO EQUIP YOU FOR WHAT I ORDAINED FOR YOUR LIFE’S WORK. Psalms 16:7 I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. 8 I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
MANY OF MY CHILDREN ARE SATISFIED TO LIVE IN THEIR LITTLE WORLD AND CLOSE OFF THEIR SPIRITUAL LIFE. I WILL SAY TO YOU THAT YOU DID NOT “ASK, SEEK, OR KNOCK UPON MY DOOR BECAUSE YOU DID NOT WANT YOUR LIFE DISTURBED; YOU WANTED TO REMAIN AS YOU ARE.” YOU HAVE AVOIDED DOING WHAT YOU KNOW I CALLED YOU TO DO. REV 2:10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life. 11 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt at all by the second death.
THE COMING BATTLES ARE NOT FOR THE SPIRITUALLY WEAK OR LAME. THE VICTORY IS TO HIM THAT IS EMPOWERED AND GUIDED BY MY SPIRIT AND DWELLS UNDERNEATH MY EVERLASTING WINGS. Psalms 36:7 How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings.
