June 8, 2004 – YOU ARE IN THE VALLEY OF DECISION
THE LIGHT OF DAY IS WANING AND THE ELEMENTS ARE CHANGING. WHAT STRANGE THING IS THIS? IS THIS THE DAY THE LORD HAS ORDAINED TO BE LIKE NO OTHER SO GOD’S POWER AND MIGHT ARE CLEARLY SEEN AGAINST THE BACKDROP OF WANING LIGHT? THINGS ARE OUT OF MAN’S CONTROL. THE MIND CANNOT FATHOM THE MEANING OF SUCH OMINOUS CHANGE. FEAR TAKES HOLD OF EVERY MAN WHOSE MIND IS NOT STAYED ON GOD. MAN IS USED TO BEING IN CHARGE AND IN CONTROL OF HIS LIFE, BUT HIS REASON HAS FLED. HE HAS NO ONE TO TURN TO. HE KNOWS HE CANNOT TURN BACK THE CLOCK TO LIFE AS USUAL. WHAT STRANGE SIGNS AND NOISES IN THE HEAVENS! FEAR CLINGS LIKE A SHROUD.
THERE IS ONLY ONE HOPE. THE GOD I HAVE SHUNNED AND PROFANED. PERHAPS IF I CALL, HE WILL HEAR ME. THEN A CLEAR VOICE RINGS OUT SAYING: JAMES 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. WHOSOVER WILL, MAY COME AND TAKE OF THE RIVER OF LIFE AND LIVE FOREVER WITH ME. REVELATION 21:6-9 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son. 8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars – their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
THE GRACE OF THE LORD WILL BE WITH HIS PEOPLE ALONE. REVELATION 22: 20 He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. 21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen. BECAUSE OF MY GREAT LOVE I AM SHOWING YOU MY TRUTH: ISAIAH 45:22 “Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other. 23 By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear. Yea, I have brought you to the valley of decision for I am not willing that any should perish. 2PETER 3:9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. MY LOVE REACHES THE DEEPEST DEPTHS AND HIGHEST HEIGHTS. ROMANS 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. YET YOU HAVE BECOME A GOD AND HAVE MANY GODS BEFORE ME, AND GOD SPOKE ALL THESE WORDS: EXODUS 20:3“You shall have no other gods before me. 4 “You shall not make yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, The Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments. 7“You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
IN MERCY I HAVE GATHERED YOU INTO THE VALLEY OF DECISION. JOEL 3:14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision. MY LOVE HAS GIVEN YOU THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE. MANY OF YOU ARE DECEIVED AND HAVE BECOME GODS UNTO YOURSELVES. I HAVE SET BEFORE YOU GOOD AND EVIL, RIGHTEOUSNESS AND UNRIGHTEOUSNESS. IT IS YOUR SOUL TO LOSE OR SAVE. I AM NOT HIDING THE TRUTH FROM YOU; I AM GIVING YOU THE LIGHT OF MY TRUTH! I AM THE GOD OF YOUR SALVATION AND THERE IS NO OTHER: ACTS 4:12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”
REVELATION 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.
Dear LORD, hear my prayer,
I confess that you have not been first and all-important in my life. Please forgive my sins and iniquities and come into my heart to dwell forever. I will live and move and have my being in you. ACT 17:28 ‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’ Fill me with your spirit and teach me your ways. Make yourself known unto me through your presence, reading your Bible, and prayer. Amen. LUKE 19:9 Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.”
